This policy describes text messaging (SMS/MMS) communications offered by CORZOHUB LLC through its participating websites, mobile applications, software products, and services. It applies to messaging programs identified as CORZOHUB programs at the time of enrollment. Each participating application may have additional product-specific notices.

SMS Terms & Conditions
1. Types of messages
When you separately agree to receive SMS from a CORZOHUB messaging program, messages may include account notices, requested verification codes, security alerts, account or subscription updates, and service-related notifications relevant to the specific application or service you selected. Each message identifies CORZOHUB and may also name the relevant product. Promotional or marketing SMS requires its own applicable consent and is not automatically included in a service-alert opt-in.
2. Enrollment and consent
SMS participation is voluntary. Where digital enrollment is offered, you may opt in by providing your mobile number and actively selecting a separate, unchecked SMS-consent checkbox associated with the specific program, then submitting the applicable form. Agreeing to general Terms of Service or creating an account by itself does not enroll you in SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent for one app or message category does not automatically enroll you in unrelated messaging programs.
3. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies according to account activity, notification preferences, requested actions, and the particular program. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. CORZOHUB does not charge a separate SMS subscription fee unless clearly disclosed for a specific service. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt out and assistance
Reply STOP to a CORZOHUB text message to stop messages from that sending number or program, subject to carrier handling. Reply HELP for assistance when the messaging program supports that keyword, or contact [email protected]. You can also update available notification preferences within the relevant app. You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out.
5. Program availability
Message delivery depends on mobile network support, phone-number eligibility, local regulations, and the features currently available in each CORZOHUB application. Not every product offers text messaging. Essential communications may also be provided through in-app notifications or email independently of SMS consent.
SMS Privacy Policy
1. Information used for texting
When an SMS program is enabled, CORZOHUB may process your mobile phone number, the name of the relevant app or program, the categories of messages you requested, the consent choice and related evidence (such as submission time and consent language version), opt-out preferences, and delivery or support records necessary to operate and troubleshoot messaging.
2. How we use SMS information
We use this information to provide the messages you explicitly request, secure accounts, administer opt-in and opt-out preferences, help users, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable requirements. We do not use consent for one messaging program to silently enroll you in unrelated programs.
3. Mobile information and sharing
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers acting on our behalf to transmit messages and maintain messaging infrastructure, subject to appropriate restrictions and applicable law.
4. Retention and requests
We retain SMS consent, preference, and delivery records only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the program, handle compliance and security requirements, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. How SMS Consent Works
When a participating CORZOHUB app or site offers optional text notifications, the real enrollment screen should show your mobile number field, the specific message categories, a separate unchecked SMS checkbox, and links to this policy and the applicable Terms of Service. The user must actively select the checkbox and submit the form before optional program messages are sent. The application should save the consent decision and its timestamp.
Recommended disclosure for participating apps
“I agree to receive text messages from CORZOHUB about my selected app, including account notifications, security alerts, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”
Important: This page documents CORZOHUB’s SMS policies and recommended opt-in language. It does not itself enroll visitors in SMS messages. Actual enrollment is completed only through a participating app or functional consent form.
